• 12 Bottle Case $3.10 / month
• 6 Bottle Case $1.55 / month
• Insurance $0.40 per case/month

 

Handling & Inventory Charges:

• $10.50 / mixed case
• $6.50 / straight case

 

Includes the following:

• Bar-coding and handling into storage
• Checking the condition of each bottle/case
• An accurate inventory of the case contents
• Online inventory access
• By Demand images of bottle/case/or label
• By demand condition reports incl. neck levels and labels
• Retrieving the case ready for withdrawal
• Certification of the storage conditions
• Excel file of your collection

 

Pick Up and Delivery Rates

• Pick up or delivery within metro area, including transit insurance.
• $10 / case
• NOTE: minimum delivery charge $50 / order

 

Other Fees

• Insurance - All wine cellared at Vancouver Wine Vault is now insured against fire, theft, earthquake & flood - $.40 / case per month
• One Time Account Set Up Fee - $15

• Full insurance coverage while in storage and transport from the Vault to vender
• On Demand delivery and distribution to licensees
