Individually handcrafted in a thirty-step process, EuroCave Performance Wine Cellars will provide years of smooth, quiet, vibration-free service with the utmost ease of operation. Stored in these true wine cellars, your finest vintages will develop to their full potential. Performance re-creates the elements of natural deep cellar, heating up or cooling down to ensure constant optimum storage temperature between 55°F and 57°F, as well maintaining ideal humidity via an active airflow system. Built-in alerts notify you when storage conditions change.

The EuroCave Performance 283 cabinet re-creates the natural deep cellar and ensures a constant optimum temperature between 14°C and 15°C, but has a temperature range of 5°C to 18°C. The hygrometer provides an LCD display to advise of humidity range. Built-in alarm alerts when humidity level has fallen below 50%. Water can be added to cassettes to increase humidity to optimum range of 50-80%.

The Performance V292 is a large capacity single-temperature wine maturing cabinet a cabinet, with cutting-edge technology and design to showcase your bottles! Equipped with EuroCave’s new patented technology, NeoFresh®, it offers complete uniformity of temperature and humidity inside the cabinet. This exclusive technology also results in low energy consumption, making it environmentally-friendly.
